Sparkly gift guide: $200 - $500.

Things are heating up: today's gift guide features jewelry from $200 - $500.

This are easier for me to resist, since buying one of these would be a significant disruption to my finances. That doesn't make them any less enjoyable to look at, however. And they would all be lovely keepsake presents to someone very special from someone who can afford to spend a little extra.

If you'd like more gift ideas, please check out my past store profiles, my guide to camphor glass jewelry, and past Ebay and Etsy posts. As always when shopping online, please pay attention to shipping charges, read return policies, and make sure that any bling you buy is the right size. My jewelry sizing cheat sheet can help.

For options at different price points, please see my other gift guides: under $25, $25-$50, $50-$100, and  $100-$200.

Suzanna Dai Weimar Large Drop Earrings: $225
A funky and yet still classic pair of earrings. These are glamourous in the extreme.
Also owned by the incomparable first lady of fabulousness, Michelle Obama.

Antique Art Nouveau Jewelry Necklace. Pink. Festoon: $280
Hello, beautiful thing. It's very ornate, but I think it'd be stunning
against an LBD or similarly simple outfit.

Aquamarine Leaf Ring in 14k Gold, Aquamarine Stacking Ring Set of Two: $279
There are a lot of stacking rings out there, but I think these are especially lovely,
with their hammered gold, the shine of the aquamarines, and the delicacy of the veined leaves.

Kate Spade new york 'skinny mini' faux pearl necklace: $228
Tiny shiny bows! I would wear this so often.

Lulu Frost Drift Earrings: $225
These are exceptionally beautiful. The mixed metals, the delicacy of the stylized feathers...I swoon.

Vintage sterling Art Deco necklace filigree pendant with blue glass marquise stone: $210
I have trouble breathing when I look at this pendant. So intricate and beautiful.

I've shown you this bracelet before, but I love its sparkling
simplicity too much not to feature it again here.

Bounkit Amethyst, Rose Quartz, & Ruby Convertible Earrings: $430
Not only are these beautiful, unique, and made from very high-quality stones, they're convertible. You can rearrange the stones to make 6 different pairs of earrings.

Vintage Headband Amethyst Cabochons Silver Metal: $259
It's a bejeweled headband. A bejeweled headband, do you hear me?
Probably horribly uncomfortable, but I bet it's worth it.
