The openwork center is set with an oval-cut royal blue Burmese sapphire within a larger cluster of old European-cut and rose-cut diamonds. The shoulders continue the design with a line of alternating graduated old-European cut diamonds, all mounted in silver and rose gold. The bracelet has a pin attachment and can convert into a brooch.
